TE13 cells were cultured with 6.5 lM TPEN for different time intervals, RNA was isolated and quantitative RT- PCR was done. Level of ZnT7 transcripts increased up to 1.6-fold at 6 hr, 3.5-fold at 9 hr and reached a maximum of 6.2-fold activation at 12 hr.
